Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when payments made to Magmira are refundable and how cancellations are handled.

By purchasing any Magmira service or package, you agree to this Refund Policy. This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase Services, as stated in our Terms of Service.

1. Quality Revision Guarantee (7 Days)

If you are not satisfied with the quality of deliverables in the first 7 days after delivery, notify us at hello@magmira.com and we will revise at no additional charge, as described in the Magmira Quality Commitment in our Terms of Service (Section 3.3).

This revision guarantee addresses work quality, not job search outcomes. It is not a money-back guarantee if you do not receive interviews or offers.

2. General Rule

Because Magmira provides professional services that may begin shortly after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once work has started or access has been provided.

Any fees already earned for work performed are non-refundable.

3. One-Time Plans

Magmira plans are one-time payments, not month-to-month subscriptions. For Foundation, Momentum, Concierge, and Career Partner plans:

  • Foundation: refunds may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis only where no work has begun.
  • Momentum, Concierge, and Career Partner: partial refunds may be considered for unused portions of the service period, at Magmira's discretion, where permitted by law.
  • Contact hello@magmira.com promptly if you have a billing concern.

If you want to cancel before work begins, contact hello@magmira.com as soon as possible, and we may review the request at our discretion.

3.1 Career Partner — fixed 3-month term

Career Partner is a fixed 3-month engagement. It does not continue until you receive an offer, and it does not include unlimited coaching or applications beyond the scope defined in the Terms of Service.

Refunds are not provided solely because your search continues after the 3-month period ends or because you have not yet accepted an offer.

3.2 Access you must provide

Application plans require you to provide working email and job platform credentials and, where applicable, Google Drive folder access so Magmira can perform the Services (see Terms of Service Section 6).

If you withhold, revoke, or fail to maintain required account or Drive access without our agreement, Services may pause or stop. Refunds are generally not provided for unused portions of a plan caused by failure to provide or maintain required access, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

4. No Outcome-Based Refunds

Magmira does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employment, salary increases, recruiter responses, visa sponsorship, immigration approvals, or any particular timeline to receive an offer.

For that reason, refunds will not be issued solely because you were dissatisfied with career outcomes, search length, number of applications submitted, number of interviews, or market conditions.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, you must first contact hello@magmira.com so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Chargebacks initiated without first attempting resolution may result in suspension or termination of Services.

6. Termination for Misuse

No refund will be owed if your Services are suspended or terminated because of fraud, misrepresentation, inaccurate information you provided, unlawful conduct, non-payment, abuse of the platform, unauthorized account use, or violation of the Terms of Service.

7. Exceptions

Magmira may choose to provide a full or partial refund in exceptional circumstances, but we are not obligated to do so unless required by law or stated in a written agreement signed by Magmira.
