Both are possible. Some clients need resume and LinkedIn work first. Others already have strong materials and mainly need targeted applications submitted for them. After your free review, we recommend the right level of support for your situation.
No. We apply with intent: human review on every application, tailored to each role, only where you are a strong fit within your approved tracks and locations. Fit matters more than volume.
AI tools can draft text, but they do not run your search or review what goes out. Magmira pairs AI-assisted tailoring with a strategist who checks every application before submit.
Yes. Many clients come to us for exactly that. If you already know your target roles, we keep strategy light: a short intake, resume alignment, then we submit tailored applications on your behalf. You focus on interviews and your current job while we handle the applications.

Momentum adds 100 tailored applications, kickoff and mid-sprint strategy sync calls, and human review before each submission. Concierge includes 200 applications, more sync calls than Momentum, interview prep when employers respond, and a dedicated strategist.
