Short plans: 90 days from start
On Momentum and Concierge, the money-back window is 90 calendar days from the start of application services.

3-month plans: 90 days after plan end
On Career Partner, the 90-day money-back window starts on the Plan End Date, after the last application submitted under the plan. It does not start on day one of the three months.

We keep going if you need it
If you reach your Plan End Date without a Qualifying Interview, you choose extra time or extra applications at no additional cost.
We don't stop until you get there
If your Plan End Date arrives and you have not landed a Qualifying Interview yet, you choose: extra time or extra applications, at no additional cost.
What you can choose
- Momentum: up to 30 extra days, or up to 50 extra applications.
- Concierge: up to 30 extra days, or up to 75 extra applications.
- Career Partner: up to 1 extra month, or extra applications up to your agreed application cap.
